Stirling was responsible for installing HVAC, Sprinkler, and Plumbing works in this commercial space renovation. The project included new RTUs, ductwork and controls as well as entirely new sprinkler and plumbing systems throughout the building. Particular attention was taken during the installation to ensure that the architectural design aesthetics were maintained while also preserving desired functionality and energy efficiency.

 

Each of the renovated floors have six individually controllable temperature zones that the building tenants to accommodate its space in complete comfort.

 

The project took approximately one year to complete, and the resulting building is now an inviting and modern new office space located in Islandia Long Island.
