Stirling Joint Ventured with Forte to execute the project as the prime contractor. The project scope includes replacement of the majority of both Spring Creek and College Point Bus Depots’ HVAC equipment as well as new Fire Alarm systems, BMS, and new Natural Gas detection systems.

The Spring Creek location is to be concluded by May 2025 and the College Point location by January 2026. The project requires detailed phasing including considerations for seasonal heating and cooling as well as cutting over from existing building systems to the new installations as they are completed.

The project will result in a much more efficient heating and cooling solution coupled with a safer automated response to harmful gas scenarios and a state-of-the-art Building Management System.
