At the Myrtle Ave and Church Ave retail spaces, Stirling was responsible for the installation of new split AC systems.

 

The Myrtle Ave location received 5 new evaporator units, and 2 new rooftop condensing units.

 

The Church Ave location received 4 new evaporator units, and 4 exterior wall mounted condensing units. New ductwork was installed throughout both retail spaces from each evaporator unit to the various air outlets in all the rooms.

 

Both locations also included an outside air supply air fan and bathroom exhaust fans. Controls included a series of interlocked dampers and fans that were integrated with the Mini-splits.

Both of these installations were fast-paced installations that went from initial approvals to completion in just a few months. On-time completion required constant communication with other onsite trades as well as the project management team.
