HVAC
Stirling designs and installs HVAC systems for transit infrastructure, commercial facilities, and mission-critical environments. Our experience includes rooftop units, split systems, energy recovery units, air handlers, CRAC units, exhaust systems, and equipment from manufacturers including Trane, Mitsubishi, Daikin, Vertiv, and Greenheck. We regularly coordinate installations in active facilities and technically demanding environments, including the MTA's Elevator Machine and Communication Rooms.
FIRE PROTECTION
From new standpipe and fire sprinkler installations to complex system modifications within active transit environments, Stirling delivers fire protection systems for MTA NYCT facilities and commercial projects. Our team surveys field conditions, develops pipe routing schematics, and coordinates installations in restricted and operational environments—including across active tracks.
