Stirling is installing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection at the Northern Blvd., Parkchester, 137th St., and 95th St.-Bay Ridge subway stations in New York City, which are being upgraded to comply with ADA standards.

 

Project Scope

• While each station has a unique scope of work, upgrades include new drainage, domestic water, waste systems, and manual dry fire standpipes for plumbing; exhaust fans and mini-split air conditioners for HVAC; and Inergen systems along with sprinkler modifications for fire protection.

 

Key Achievements

​

• Portions of the work must be performed during track outages, and Stirling has been continuously coordinating to ensure the timely execution of this critical project.
