Stirling Mechanical successfully led a $2.97M HVAC modernization project at the Marine Parkway Gil-Hodges Memorial Bridge Annex Building, the central hub for MTA Bridges and Tunnels personnel who oversee the operation and upkeep of the Marine Parkway Bridge.

Project Scope

Full removal of outdated HVAC systems, including AHUs, ACCUs, duct heaters, unit heaters, exhaust fans, ductwork, mechanical piping, and associated electrical/architectural components.

Installation of a new high-efficiency HVAC system, including 12 Air Handler Units, 2 Heat & Energy Recovery Units, Electric Duct Heaters, space heaters, and a domestic water booster pump.

Expansion from 5 to 12 temperature-control zones for precise comfort across offices and warehouse spaces.

Architectural modifications, new ductwork, piping, air inlets/outlets, and full electrical/controls integration.
