Stirling is installing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection at the Northern Blvd., Parkchester, 137th St., and 95th St.-Bay Ridge subway stations in New York City, which are being upgraded to comply with ADA standards.

 

While each station has a unique scope of work, upgrades include new drainage, domestic water, waste systems, and manual dry fire standpipes for plumbing; exhaust fans and mini-split air conditioners for HVAC; and Inergen systems along with sprinkler modifications for fire protection.

 

Portions of the work must be performed during track outages, and Stirling has been continuously coordinating to ensure the timely execution of this critical project.
