Project Scope

​

• At the Myrtle Ave and Church Ave retail spaces, Stirling was responsible for the installation of new split AC systems.​

• The Myrtle Ave location received five new evaporator units and two new rooftop condensing units.

• The Church Ave location received four new evaporator units and four exterior wall-mounted condensing units

• New ductwork was installed throughout both retail spaces, connecting each evaporator unit to various air outlets in all the rooms.

• Both locations included an outside air supply fan and bathroom exhaust fans.

• The controls included a series of interlocked dampers and fans integrated with the mini-split systems.

 

Key Achievements

• Both of these installations were fast-paced and progressed from initial approvals to completion within just a few months.

• Consistent communication with other onsite trades and the project management team was required for on-time completion.
