Stirling was responsible for installing HVAC, sprinkler, and plumbing works in this commercial space renovation. The project took approximately one year to complete, and the resulting building is now an inviting and modern new office space located in Islandia, Long Island.

 

Project Scope

• Required new RTUs, ductwork, and controls in addition to entirely new sprinkler and plumbing systems throughout the building.

• Particular care was taken during the installation to preserve the architectural design aesthetics while ensuring desired functionality and energy efficiency.

• Each renovated floor has six individually controllable temperature zones, allowing for customizable climate control and optimal comfort.
