Stirling, in a joint venture with Forte Construction Corp., is executing this project as the prime contractor. The Spring Creek location is to be concluded by May 2025 and the College Point location by January 2026.

Project Scope

​

  • Replacing the majority of HVAC equipment at both Spring Creek and College Point Bus Depots, along with installation of new fire alarm systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and natural gas detection systems.

 

Key Achievements

​

  • The project requires detailed phasing, accounting for seasonal heating and cooling needs, as well as a seamless transition from existing building systems to new installations upon completion.

  • The project will result in a significantly more efficient heating and cooling solution, coupled with a safer automated response to harmful gas scenarios and a state-of-the-art BMS.
